Saya selalu bertanya pada diri sendiri ketika dahulu, mengapa ramai orang suka bergambar ? Salah satu sebabnya ialah gambar itu akan menjadi kenangan yang indah dan juga tidak dapat di lupakan. Mengingatkan kita kembali pada zaman itu. Sebab itu pentingnya bergambar ini, dan zamn sekarang ini, camera bukan lagi benda yang mewah, tetapi benda yang wajib ada pada setiap orang. Rasanya lah.

Sekarang time free selepas balik dari kerja, ni lah aktiviti baru saya. Kayuh basikal. Yang jadi minat pasal basikal nih, sebab sahabat sekolah dahulu ajak senaman. Dia pun tiap2 hari kayuh basikal. Mula2 saya pikir tak nak beli, takut nanti hangat2 tahi ayam jer saya nih. Mungkin lama2 takkan kayuh. Duk pikir negatif. Tapi lain pulak jadinya selepas kayuh, makin seronok pula.

Dulu masa duk berjogging, memang sekerat jalan jer. Saya cepat jemu dengan berjogging. Kayuh basikal lain rasanya, sebab sambil kayuh boleh tengok tempat2 baru. Boleh pergi mana2 tempat pun. Tu yang jadi seronok. Tak duduk setempat jer macam berjogging. Kayuh basikal lain, kita kayuh ke tempat yang mana kita suka. Betul tak ?
Mula2 beli basikal nih dulu, saya kayuh dalam 30 minit pun semput dah. Lama tak bersenam, dah la merokok pulak tu, jadi camtu lah. Sekarang Alhamdullilah makin banyak minit saya kayuh. Ada sekali sampai 3 jam. Ikut mana larat jer. Tapi berhenti rehat2 jugak. Saya selalu kayuh time free lepas balik kerja. Merata tempat saya kayuh. Pergi kedai beli rokok ataupun makanan / minuman, kadang2 kayuh basikal jer. Jadi seronok pula.
Basikal nih kalau baru memang agak mahal. Saya beli secondhand jer. Tak sampai RM1000. Standard, malas nak modified yang bukan2. Beli hari tu cuma dapat helmet ngan stand.
